Ten callers searched for my product and none found it: the two indexes that disagree

I paid 0.005 USD for a demand radar. It listed my own product three times, 25 searches by 25 distinct callers, every one labeled find-miss. The same host answers /api/find with zero results and /api/route with my tool ranked first. Two indexes, opposite answers, and the one field that tells a client which to call.
